La Case de l'Isle, located in the luxury & intimate Hotel St Barth Isle de France 5* overlooking Flamands Bay, offers a wide variety of dishes including fusion food, salads and fresh grilled fish.

Our al fresco restaurant, serves simple, light and elegant French cuisine. The restaurant overlooks the ocean and has additional seating directly on the sand for relaxed lunches known as ‘La Cabane de L’Isle de France'.

Fresh lobster & Satay Risotto perfumed with coconut and lime (supplément 10€)

“Crab-Cakes” with a fresh cream cheese with coriander & lemon

Local yellow fin Tuna steak and a homemade teriyaki sauce

The famous Isle-de-Freance Pea soup. Warm or iced

"Shrimp cakes" with herbs, Thai salad & fresh vegetables

Fresh Scottish salmon sashimi, Espelette pepper and asparagus salad with a coriander vinaigrette

Risotto with provençal style sautéed river shrimps

Fresh local lobster ravioli with a light lobster bisque, two or three pieces

Burrata (125 gr), fresh arugula salad with a hazelnut dressing, fresh tomato tartar
San Daniel ham, pinenuts and pistou

NOS SUITES

Simple « Sole meunière » a truffle oil mashed potato and celery, asparagus baked with parmesan cheese

Rack of lamb roasted with Dijon mustard, Röstis potato and a meat sauce

Fresh local yellow fin tuna “tataki” served with fresh vegetables layers

Free range chicken with truffles served with French green peas

Roasted wagyu beef, cannelloni filled with tomato, shallots and a balsamic dressing

Pojarski veal chops breaded with parmesan served with a light tomato sauce and vinegar,
