BEACH ROOM : 3 ground floor, 6 upper level

One Bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a private terrace which overlooks the swimming pool and the sea. Total area is around 645 sq ft. (Adults only ) - renovation completed in September 2011 -

One Bedroom with a spacious sitting area and terrace facing the sea. Total area is around 742 sq ft. (Adults only, King size Bed only) - renovation completed in September 2010 -

One room, with ensuite bathroom and a terrace over looking the garden. Please note that we have 4 Family Bungalows, Two Garden Bungalows that either share a common entrance or have an adjoining door which can welcome a family of 4 to 6 people. The Family Bungalows have a shared entrance hall, two rooms next to each other, two bathrooms, two terraces. Total area is around 678 sq ft.

GARDEN ROOM : 3 rooms located on a hillside. 

One large room with a ensuite bathroom with shower (no bathtub) and a large terrace. Total area is around 592 sq ft.

One room (Queen Size Bed, no possibility of twin beds and no extra bed) with ensuite bathroom, a kitchenette, a large terrace and a private swimming pool with magnificent sea views. No room service. Total area is around 678 sq ft.

FISHERMAN’S COTTAGE:

2 Bedroom cottage with ensuite bathrooms (one with King Size Bed and a bathtub and one with Twin beds and a shower) A small sitting area, a kitchenette, an exterior private garden and an interior courtyard. Total area of cottage 1179 sq ft. - renovation completed in September 2011 -

THE SUITE ON THE BEACH:

This two bedroom split level suite is located directly on the lovely Baie des Flamands beach. On the ground level you have a double bedroom with shower, a living room area with a kitchen, leading onto a beach deck with private Jacuzzi. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a bathtub, shower and a private sundeck with spectacular views of Flamands beach.

TROPICAL VILLA:

A private and romantic villa surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden. A one-bedroom, one-bathroom enclave, with an interior sitting room, private splash pool and a kitchenette. Total area of villa 865 sq ft.

TWO BEDROOM SUITE IN THE GARDEN (GARDEN VILLA / EDEN VILLA) :

Consisting of two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a separate sitting room, a private hidden splash pool and a patio kitchen, Surrounded by lush tropical gardens. Total area of suite is 1586 sq ft

FOUR ONE BEDROOM SUITES ON THE BEACH:

Yards from the main building with fantastic views of the sea. These suites are state of the art, and designed in the sophisticated and chic style of the hotel with parquet floors, soft elegant furnishings in cool cottons and linens.
Each has a private infinity plunge pool, large terraces with beach loungers, very spacious lounge area with 52″ plasma screens, full kitchens with American fridge and ice-maker, large bedrooms with views through the lounge to the sea. Large oversized beautiful bathrooms with inside and outside showers, stone bathtubs and double vanity unit with separate dressing area. Private parking area. There are 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the1st floor suites.

NEW TWO FLAMANDS VILLAS - TREE BEDROOM ON THE BEACH:

Privacy, exclusivity & luxury are the coveted attributes of these villas which offer 3 ensuite bedrooms with soft furnishings by our London Designer Penny Morrisson, all with stone baths, double vanity units and a separate dressing area.
Inside the suites you also have your private fitness room, a home cinema room, Kitchen with high end appliances and ice-makers, a very specious lounge and terrace with private infinity plunge pool and unbeatable views over the beautiful Baie des Flamands. Private access to the beach. Total area per suite 4300sq ft.

The rooms:

All are air-conditioned and have private safes, mini-fridges stocked with complimentary beverages and canapés on arrival (complimentary soft drinks in all rooms. Alcohol & soft drinks complimentary in all suites), flat screen TV (satellite), DVD player, IPOD audio system, coffee makers, direct line telephone with voice mail, Free WIFI connection is available in all of our hotel rooms .

Our bathrooms are in marble with:

A bathtub ( Stone hand made new bath tub in the 3 Beach Junior Suites, the beach rooms, and Jacuzzi tubs in the Two Bedroom Suites in the Garden ), a separate shower, double sinks and WC. 3 Garden Rooms have a shower only (no bathtub)

All bathrooms are complete with hairdryer, bathrobes and Molton Brown amenities.
